Students of class IX are hereby notified that your online registration with CBSE will start soon. So you are requested to follow the exact guidelines that are being given below: 

1. A Registration FORM is being enclosed below . You need to copy that form in a ruled paper and then fill it up accordingly and send a copy in pdf/JPG format of that form in the email id bnvbkp9reg2021@gmail.com. Last date for sending filled Registration Form to Email is 15.5.2020.

          OR 

If you have a printer in your home, you can also take out the print of the registration form and after filling up, the form should be send in pdf/jpg format to the following email address-bnvbkp9reg2021@gmail.com. Last date for sending filled Registration Form to Email is 15.5.2020.

2. You should send the form properly through the email id of any one of your parents/ Guardian. If they do not have an email id of your own , you are requested to create your own email id .     

3. The form must be filled up under the guidance of any one of your parents.     

4. Everything should be written in CAPITAL LETTERS without any mistakes. The form must be neat and clean.   

5. At the end of the Registration form there must be the signatures of your Father and Mother both. In case, any one of the parent is out of station  only then one signature by your parent will be accepted.   

6. Names, address etc must be filled up according to the birth certificate and Aadhaar card . 

7. Take utmost care while filling up the Registration form. Any Mistake regarding it will be considered solely your responsibility only.   

8. Photocopy / Xerox copies of Birth Certificate, Aadhaar card, Caste certificate(If any), & PWD(Physically Disability) certificate( if any) should be submitted to your respective class teachers as soon as the school reopens.
